What if I have the Lyra Health benefits through my employer?

Please inform Dr. Yearwood that you are using Lyra Health, which is an employer-sponsored benefit. As long as you are authorized to use this benefit, Dr. Yearwood will submit a reimbursement request to Lyra Health directly for eligible services.

Do you accept insurance?

Inner Edge Psychological Services, PLLC is not contracted with any private health insurance companies, and thus, considered an "out-of-network" agency for many clients. This means that depending on your insurance plan, a portion of the fees may be reimbursed directly to you by your insurance company. Clients are encouraged to contact their health insurance company to determine if they can be reimbursed for part, or all, of the session fees. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the specifics of their coverage and to file all claims on your own behalf.

Cancellation policy?

Cancellation and rescheduling requires 48 hour notice. If you do not show for the scheduled therapy appointment, and have not notified Dr. Yearwood at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Telehealth options?

Psychotherapy is available through teletherapy using a secure HIPAA-compliant platform to residents of North Carolina only.
